Entering a basic contract

  • You will be paid a visit by our regional executive, who is fully capable of adapting to your time schedule.
  • Based on all necessary information that you provide, the regional executive will prepare a basic contract.
  • Signing a contract.

What you will need:

  • ID card (passport for foreigners),
  • the presence of a statutory representative (i.e. the person signing the basic contract) and the person authorized to trade with us (i.e. persons appointed by the statutory representative of the company who will conclude individual transactions with us).
  • banking information (crowns, or foreign exchange accounts).
  • Based on the signed contracts and all client data input provided, we will begin the process of verifying the accuracy and relevance of this information, which is necessary to begin our cooperation.

Once a contract has been signed, a personal dealing specialist will connect with you to begin making exchanges for you. The specialist will also analyse your needs on the foreign exchange market and propose an optimal collaboration solution.

Closing on a deal

Closing on a deal

The personal dealing specialist will offer you the current exchange rate. You will agree on the necessary trading parameters. You will receive proof of the closed
deal by e - mail (confirmation).

This includes a SAB account number, a negotiated exchange rate, volume of exchange funds, currency, variable symbol, maturity date, commission connected with the payment and account number to which the funds will be sent.

Transaction settlement

You will remit the necessary funds to the SAB account based
on the confirmation that you received.

After this amount is credited to our account, we will carry out the exchange operation as soon as possible and send the funds to the requested recipient account (your account or the account of your foreign partner). You will receive proof that the trade has been settled in an e-mail (notification).
