SABF as a prospective contracting party is entitled to terminate the contract negotiations at any time. None of its acts, legal or factual, can create reasonable expectations for the other prospective contracting party that the contract shall be concluded, except for the situations when SABF explicitly confirms the contrary. In case anyone shall held SABF liable for not concluding the contract, the other contracting party waives its right to damages hereby.The contract between SABF and the prospective contracting party shall be concluded only after both contracting parties have agreed on all obligatory parts of the contract and its full contents. The prospective contracting party towards which the offer to conclude the contract has been made can accept the offer only in the presented wording. The response of the prospective contracting party to the offer with an amendment or any other alteration shall not be considered as acceptance of the offer and shall not mean the conclusion of the contract, except when SABF explicitly confirms that the contract has been concluded.
